Locate the deposit button located in the top right of the page if you are using the desktop version. For users accessing TheVault on mobile, click on the wallet on the top right to locate the deposit button. Input the amount that you would like to deposit into your balance.

1. Start by selecting a reputable cryptocurrency exchange like Coinbase or Kraken, which allows buying crypto with fiat currency such as USD. Sign up with your email, verify your identity, and enable two-factor authentication for security. Fund your account via bank transfer, card, or other methods, then purchase cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin or Ethereum to prepare for transfers.

2. Open a Personal Wallet. Download a trusted app such as Trust Wallet (mobile), Electrum (desktop for Bitcoin), or MetaMask (for Ethereum-based) and gain control over your private keys. During setup, create a new wallet, securely back up the 12-24 word recovery seed phrase offline (never share it), and note your wallet address.

3. Log-in into TheVault with your registered email and password, locate the deposit section, select your preferred cryptocurrency, and copy the unique deposit address provided. From your exchange or personal wallet, initiate a withdrawal or send transaction to that address, then confirm with TheVault CS Team once you have made the transfer.
