How to reset a forgotten password

  1. Tap/Click the login link at the top of the website, followed by the ‘Forgot Password’. 
  1. Enter the email associated with you TheVault account and click the Verify Email button. 
  1. Enter your new password and confirm it in the space below. Then click Submit.  

 

Remember to check your junk email. If you don’t receive our email, please contact one of our customer support team (contact), who will be happy to help you retrieve your password. 

You can change your password from your ‘My Account’ menu: 

  1. After you log into your account, at the top right corner.Tap/click on the arrow next to your balance. Then look for the “My Account” icon on the upper menu of the screen. On the mobile just tap on “Settings”. 
  1. Change your password by entering your old password once and the new password twice for confirmation. 
  1. Click on “Save Changes”. 
  1. Your password will be changed, and an email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm the password change.
