Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum Withdrawal Amounts:
    Minimum limits depend on the payout method you choose.  
  • Processing Time:
    Withdrawals are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and typically take at the most 2 business days to process. Once approved, the funds will be deducted from your account during the authorization phase. 
  • Eligibility: 
  • Only players who have completed at least one successful deposit are eligible to withdraw. 
  • All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be made. 
  • Withdrawal Limits: 
  • Players may request one withdrawal per payout method per week, up to a maximum of $10,000 total. 
  • Bitcoin and Bank Wire withdrawals are capped at $5,000 each per week. 
  • Bonus Rollover Requirements: 
  • If you’ve accepted a sports bonus, you must fulfill the associated rollover requirement before requesting a withdrawal. 
  • This requirement includes the total of your deposit + any reimbursed fees + bonus, and must be met only through sportsbook bets. 
  • Availability & Schedule: 
  • Withdrawal requests can be submitted 7 days a week. 
  • Payouts are sent Monday through Friday, during regular banking hours. 
  • Requests made after 2 PM ET will be processed the following business day. 
  • Holiday schedules or bank closures may delay processing times—please plan accordingly. 
  • Account Holder Verification: 
  • Withdrawals are processed only in the name of the account holder. 
  • Requests must be submitted online via the cashier section of your account. 
  • You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal. This may include providing: 
  • A valid photo ID 
  • Copies of any credit cards used 
  • If documents are not submitted when requested, the withdrawal will be canceled. 
  • Cancellation/Modification:
    You may modify or cancel a pending withdrawal request as long as it’s still under review. Once authorized, the request cannot be changed. 
  • Policy & Compliance: 
  • All terms, rollover requirements, playthroughs, and documentation must be met before a withdrawal is approved. 
  • Submitting a withdrawal request does not guarantee approval. 
  • TheVault reserves the right to reject, delay, or reverse any withdrawal if fraud is suspected or if terms are violated.
